Congratulations on the soon arrival of your little one! Maybe you love being pregnant, maybe you hate it. Either way, you decided that you wanted to capture all the feels. The bump, the waiting, the longing, the miracle of growing a human… it is so worth remembering all of it.

Let me start by telling you my expectations for the shoot:

1. Your husband will most likely not be thrilled with the idea of getting pictures done. Trust me, I make the process easy and fun and he’ll look back on your beautiful pictures and be so grateful to have them! Check out a past review from one of the guys I had the pleasure of working with:

2. Your photos will be beautiful and I will be fan-girling over your images from behind the camera the whole time!

Here’s what the process will look like:

1. Fill out the contact form on my website. Tell me a little bit about yourself and the kind of shoot that you’re looking to do.
2. I will receive the completed form in my email inbox and will do a happy dance before responding to your inquiry.
3. I will respond to you within one day via the preferred method of contact that you listed on the contact form from my website. (please note that if I don’t hear back within 24 hours I will most likely reach out to you again to make sure you got my message – sometimes either you or I may type in an incorrect letter or digit and the message will not reach you!).
4. Once we pick a date and location, I will send you a unique booking link where you will be able to fill out my questionnaire, sign the contract, and pay the deposit!
5. Once the contract is signed and deposit is payed, you’ll officially be locked into my calendar!
6. While we wait for the session, I will be reaching out to you to see if you need help with outfits.
7. On the day before or day of our session, I will reach out to you to double confirm the time and the location where we are meeting. Sometimes I will even text a GPS pin of where I will be (if we are meeting in a large park or something like that).
8. We will have an amazing session! I will guide you through every shot. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the experience!
9. Once our session is over, I will go home and upload the photos to my editing software. I strive to send a preview within 24 hours. The full gallery will be sent within one week, sometimes sooner!
10. I will email the gallery link to the email address provided. From there you will be able to download your pictures and order prints or a photo book!

It really is worth it to take the time to get a maternity shoot done. I know that with kids and schedules and work that life can get really busy. Having beautiful photos of a really special time in your life is something that is worth investing in and that you won’t regret.
