If you don't know me, I'm Kristin. I'm a certified doula through the Pain Free Birth Organization [CD(PFB)]. If you’re here, you’re probably expecting a baby—and maybe wondering if having a doula is something you really need.
Here’s the short answer: you don’t *need* a doula… but it can make a huge difference.
And I’d be honored to walk this road with you.
What is a doula anyways?
A doula is someone who walks alongside you during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—not as a medical provider, but as a steady, supportive presence.
I’m here to help you feel calm, informed, and seen. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital delivery, or anything in between, I’ll hold space for your preferences and encourage you every step of the way.
My approach is grounded in faith, evidence-based wisdom, and deep respect for your body and your baby.
**Prenatal Support**
- 1–2 check-in calls to talk through birth plans, fears, mindset, and practical prep
- Encouragement, resources, and prayer as needed
- Unlimited text/email support during pregnancy
**Birth Support**
- 24/7 on-call availability starting at 37 weeks
- Physical + emotional support during labor
- Guidance for your partner or birth team
- Staying with you through delivery and the first 1–2 hours postpartum
**Postpartum Check-In**
- A follow-up visit to process your birth experience
- Space to share how you’re feeling, ask questions, or just feel heard
- this takes place at the same time as your newborn session, should you choose to add that!

I know birth comes with a lot of decisions (and expenses). This one’s about having someone in your corner—calm, steady, and fully there for you.
You’re not just hiring support for labor—you’re investing in peace of mind, emotional grounding, and someone who knows how to quietly say, “you’ve got this” when you need it most.

If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you a booking link where you can:
– Pay a $400 deposit
– Fill out a short intake form
– Sign your contract
Once you're booked, I’m officially on your team—and on call starting at 37 weeks. You’ll be fully supported from bump to baby and beyond.
